Terms & conditions.

These terms set out the agreement between NoFadFit (Chris Cachia, sole trader, Banbury) and you as a client. They cover what's included, what's expected, how payment works, and what happens if something isn't working.

By signing up for coaching, you confirm you've read and accepted these terms.

What's included

Online coaching — £150 per month

  • Custom training programme, rebuilt every 4 weeks around your progress
  • Nutrition framework with macro targets, adjusted as bodyweight and goals change
  • Weekly written check-ins
  • Same-day WhatsApp replies during weekdays
  • Form videos reviewed within 24 hours
  • Monthly video call
  • Full exercise video library access

In-person coaching — PureGym, Banbury

8-session block — £400 (£50 per session)
  • Train 1x or 2x per week. One programme cycle.
  • Block expires 3 months from purchase.
  • One extension of up to 4 weeks available per block on request.
Monthly rolling — £220 per month
  • £55 per session. One session per week.
  • Rolling, cancel anytime.

Both in-person options include the full online programme delivered face-to-face. Clients can transition to online coaching once form and habits are established.

Payment

  • Online coaching: paid monthly in advance.
  • 8-session blocks: paid in full before the block starts.
  • Monthly rolling in-person: paid monthly in advance.
  • Payment for your next block is due 4 working days before your final session, so the next programme is ready on time.
  • Late payment means a delayed programme. No exceptions.
  • Payment methods: bank transfer. Card payment can be arranged on request.

Cancellations (in-person)

  • 24+ hours notice: session can be rescheduled within the block window.
  • Under 24 hours notice: session is forfeited.
  • No-shows: session is forfeited.

These rules apply to all in-person sessions including monthly rolling.

Ending coaching

  • Online coaching: rolling month-to-month. Cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
  • In-person 8-session blocks: non-refundable. Sessions must be used within the block window.
  • Monthly rolling in-person: cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.

Refunds are not issued for unused sessions, partial months, or change of mind.

What's expected of you

  • Honesty about your training, nutrition, recovery, and life outside the gym. The programme adjusts based on what you report.
  • Effort — turning up, following the plan, asking questions when you need to.
  • Form videos when requested.
  • Communication — if something isn't working, tell me. Programmes adjust quickly when there's honest feedback.

NoFadFit reserves the right to end the coaching relationship if a client is dishonest, abusive, or repeatedly fails to engage with the programme. Where this happens, no refund is issued for the current paid period.

Medical disclaimer

NoFadFit coaching is not medical advice and does not replace medical care.

Before starting any new training programme, you should consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you:

  • Have a pre-existing medical condition
  • Are recovering from injury, surgery, or illness
  • Are pregnant or have recently given birth
  • Take medications that affect exercise tolerance
  • Are over 65 and starting structured training for the first time

You're responsible for disclosing relevant health information honestly on the application form and updating Chris if anything changes during coaching.

Training carries inherent risk of injury. Following the programme as written, with attention to form, reduces but does not eliminate that risk. NoFadFit is not liable for injuries sustained during training, except where caused by gross negligence on the coach's part.

Intellectual property

Programmes, written content, and coaching materials provided to you are for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share your programme with non-clients
  • Resell or repackage coaching materials
  • Use NoFadFit programmes to coach paying clients of your own

This protects the work that goes into building each programme.

Results

NoFadFit coaching is based on evidence-led programming and nutrition science. Results depend on consistency, effort, and individual factors including genetics, sleep, stress, and life circumstances.

No specific result is guaranteed. What's guaranteed is structured programming, honest feedback, and a coach who reads every check-in and replies properly.

Privacy

Your personal and health information is handled in line with the NoFadFit Privacy Policy. By signing up, you confirm you've read it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, active clients will be notified by email. Continued participation in coaching after the change date counts as acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
