My goal isn't only to train you. It's to teach you to train safely, effectively, and independently. You can stay as long as you like, graduate to online coaching, or take what you've learned and keep going on your own.
Most coaching shows you what to do and keeps you accountable, but never teaches you why you're doing it and how often, in what order, at what intensity. Once you understand the fundamentals of nutrition and training, and you're confident across the board on every main movement pattern, I don't expect you to stay forever. The work has delivered. Bad habits can still creep back in, and that's exactly what online coaching is for.
We don't settle at good enough.
We optimise continuously, in every avenue.
We start from where your base is. No prep needed before you arrive. That's the job, not the entry fee. It never gets old watching a beginner go from struggling to hinge to moving with genuinely picture-perfect form, making progress they never thought possible.
It stays balanced: mobility, conditioning, and every major muscle group trained equally. The general guideline is 150 minutes of cardio a week and two full-body sessions. Recovery carries as much weight as the work, and how much you need depends on your age, your experience and your life.
Once your movements are solid you can drop down to once a week, leaning more on your own programme. Then, when you're running it confidently and the habits have stuck, you graduate to online coaching, or move on entirely.
That's the whole arc: in person, to greater independence, to online, to on your own. Fewer sessions over time, not more. You leave knowing why you train the way you do, not just following along.
One hour, one focused coach, one committed client. Twelve years of experience and many years of study behind every cue, guidance, and decision. You're paying to learn this properly and walk away able to run it yourself. The skill to leave is the product.
People with grit who fell off training, and beginners who want to start properly and safely. Busy lives, demanding jobs, and no time to waste. You want direction, results and the knowledge to keep them.
I train one person at a time. We're focused on results, and group sessions blur that. What works best for you doesn't fit the next person. Your programme is built around your body, your history, your goals, your mobility, your old injuries, and what your week's schedule allows. It moves as you move.
I won't tell you your form is good when it isn't, or say your nutrition's fine when I can see the holes in it. I won't sell you a plan that I wouldn't run myself for your circumstances.
